Since we have several venues for my pieces, I will do my best
to keep you and the site updated when items sell
and when new items are posted. Since we're open 24 hours a day
7 days a week there is a VERY SLIM chance that 2 people may purchase the same item before I've had a chance
to update the site (a girl has to sleep sometime!)

Items can be returned for store credit within 30days of purchase. Please e-mail me if you are unhappy with your jewelry and would like to return it. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice that you receive with your jewelry, and in it's original condition. Upon return, I will issue you credit for another item.

I take pride in my art and it's quality. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or is damaged due to carelessness on my part, I will repair your item for free or offer you a store credit.

We strive to describe, image, and represent each piece offered in an accurate manner. Be aware that due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, the color of a piece can only be approximated. No two items are exactly the same and sometime the sterling silver Bali beads used may vary. If you desire your style to look exactly like that in the online catalog, please tell us at the time of the order.

and I will repair it. We will restring your
piece free of charge once a year. We will clean your jewelry as often as
you like. When you follow the care instructions given to you, your
jewelry should look great for as long as you own it. If something should
happen to your jewelry that affects its beauty or wearability, bring or
send it to us and we will provide you with an estimate to fix it. If a
wire should break, attempt to find all of the pieces and bring or send
it to us and we will restring it for you at no charge. If pieces are
missing, we'll replace them for a minimal charge.
Please keep in mind that jewelry is not immune to heavy wear & tear!
