Procedure
Upon receiving your electronic order from the website, we will send a confirmation email to you regarding delivery status. Pending credit card authorization, in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry and limited production of this company, some pieces may not be available for immediate shipment. In this case we will notify you as soon as possible to an expected delivery date.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card via the website, telephone (512.461.7019) and secure invoice on request.
Checks and Money Orders may be sent to the following address. There may be up to a 10 day hold on shipping after your check is deposited. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Otherwise if the order has been shipped it is considered a completed sale.

We ship via FedEx. All packages are insured for their full retail value and have delivery confirmation.

*These services may not be available in some areas. If this occurs we will provide you with the next reliable method of shipping.

Prices will increase outside of the continental U.S. Please email us at cristy@stoneblessings.com for a shipping rate quote. Overseas recipients are responsible for any customs fees incurred; however, we will do our best to ensure proper paperwork for customs.

In case of damage during shipping, please contact the service provider immediately and keep all original packaging in order to make an insurance claim.

Gifts, Packaging & Gift Certificates
All pieces are packaged in a small box with a ribbon or bag, depending on the piece. Special gift wrap is available for an additional cost of $5 – and it will look fantastic!
Gift certificates are available in any amount. Please email or call for more information.

Accuracy & Color Representation
Subtle variations in stone color, detail and finish are possible due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry. Please note we have done our best to represent the colors of the stones and the jewelry designs on this site, but we cannot accommodate for slight variations in computer monitor color adjustments.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of package delivery for a complete refund. Only unworn pieces in pristine condition will be accepted for credit. You will be credited the full purchase amount less shipping charges. Please email us at info@stoneblessings.com or call us at 512.461.7019 for a return authorization number so we can expect your return and credit or exchange your item in a timely manner.

Special orders are not returnable, and sale items are final sale.

We cannot be responsible for items returned to us prior to our receipt. Please properly package, ship, and insure all parcels with a return authorization number.

Repairs
Merchandise that has broken will be accepted for repairs at no charge within 60 days of purchase.

After 60 days the damage to the item will be assessed and fair charges will be estimated for the complete repair of the item. Damage that results as a design or material flaw (beyond normal wear and tear) will be the responsibility of Stone Blessings to repair in the best original condition we can reach. Broken or missing components will be assessed as well, so please send all of the bits that belong to the broken piece. Due to changing styles and availability of gemstones, exact stones and findings may not be available to perfectly match your missing or broken pieces, but we will do our best to find something complementary! If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Adjustments & Custom Sizes
If you have a special size request, please contact us before you place your order for a price quote on increasing or decreasing the size of the item in question, as well as making a note on the order as to the special length or size you have requested.

After you have received your item, if you would like to alter the size, please contact us for a price quote.
